What is Öztürkler?
Öztürkler is a comprehensive encyclopedia of Turkic and Turan history, bringing together its states, dynasties, communities and notable figures. It spans a wide historical range — from the Huns to the Göktürks, the Seljuks to the Ottomans, the modern Turkic republics to autonomous regions.
Scope
The content is organized into eight main collections: Early Turkic States, Muslim Turkic States, Turkic Beyliks & Khanates, Great Turkic Figures, Living Turkists, Turkic Republics, Autonomous Republics and Turkic Communities.
Approach
The project is intended as a reference and research resource. Articles aim to present historical information in a neutral, informative tone.
