After Hatay had united with homeland, a negotation and agreement contracted relevant to Turks living in Suriye. People of the some race living in this country their political and cultural rights couldt be provided. It isnt clean that Syria wasnt positive the relations with Turkey.Syria Turks emigrated to Turkey between 1945-1951,1953-1967 totally,except from individual flight.These emigrants whose numbers are not known settled in Kırıkhan, Iskenderun and Adana and in 1977 Kırıkhan and in 1994 Iskenderun,they established Bayır-Bucak Community Organization. Today Turks living densenly in Syria around Lazkiye and Aleppo. Moreover, there are Turks living in the forms of minority in different places as Damascus leading the top. Lazkiye is the most important harbour town of Syria . After 1950 it made a progress.Therefore,most of the people from Turkman villages emigrated to city center in addition to existing at Turks population.265 Turk villages are located in Lazkiye and its around.While the Sovereign of Ottoman was continuing over the region,Aleppo is the administrative capital of Turk population distiricts as Antep,Hatay,Urfa.Today,Aleppo still has a view of place,spoken Turkish and found Turk architectural and artistic work of art in its streets. It seemed , Aleppo city yearbook published in 1906 that population of the city was 116.248 and 80.113 of them were muslim.It is possible to say,at least half of the muslim were formed of Turks.Moreover,Turkish street names were counted in the same yearbook.Without Turk street, There were 350 Turk villages in Aleppo.It was predicted that Turk population is Syria land was 1million,that; 200.000 in Aleppo, 150.000in Lazkiye, 50.000 in Telkele, 10.000 in Kunteyna and there were 300.000 people in the other various land.Syria government,with concept of Arap nationalisic,registered the Turk under the name of muslim during the census,living in Syria.So, Turks real number,expensed a large area,wasnt known.
