Pursuant to the World War II, the Russians forced thousands of Crimean Turks to get on the black trains and exile to Siberia on the allegation that they had collaborated with the Germans and most of these people who ere exiled were annihilated in the course of this journey. A minor group was exiled to Uzbekistan and therefore, any Turks were not left in the Crimea that had been a Turkish homeland for 1500 years.
