At the end of the first World War , Iraq entered English occupation. This would be beginning of a dark period of time for the Turk. Musul’s land were accupied by the English. Important people of Kerkük and Erbil’s Turks for struggle against invasionist armies , exactly have moved. Movements in district has been started being parallel to National Struggle caused to walk on lands of Anadolu. They again obtained their power from Anadolu , first of all , to have started to take measures urgently for preventing to incite against ottomon State to public by the English Political dominations of theEnglish in this district were having a big zeal.For pulling their sides to tribe heads who was obtained with giving money. Opposed to this , important leaders of Turks were striving for failing occupation of the English. Between these , Erbil’s Turk has a religion scholar whose name was Young Mr.Molla . He was loved and respected by the society. His talk and conversation for inviting to public against The English’s struggle and it made the society been alert to propagandas of occupants. Mosque Ulu was the largest worship place of this city. Young Mr.Molla was a moslem priest in this mosque.Young Mr.Molla possessed large population on important people of Erbil , The English were creating various causes for this reason and were closing the mosques in which was occupied. With this idea , The English closed ten mosques of twelve mosques in Erbil with statement of reasons epidemic disease. Aim was to prevent to establish relations with each other. Thus , it could be controlled much easier to come together in two mosques. Therefore , the house of Young Mr.Molla was centre of Assembly.

Mr. Haydar who was governer of Van . Mr. Haydar informed a code and a document to Bab-ı Ali Dahiliye Nezareti ( Minstry of Internal Affairs) in İstanbul , on 6 August 1919. This document was painted out these : “ All tribe heads of Erbil and Revanduz were given a monthly salary rupiye , penny seventy , but masters of Erbil and tribe heads didn’t accept and tried to prevent enterpricies.According to this , The English Obtained Seyyid Taha , who was well know district , was invited to Bağdat.Then , “Seyyid Taha accepted to this invitation and will go to Bağdat” was gossipped. It caused large reaction among the society. About this , Seyyid Taha was invited to invatiations of The English Political Dominating with acceptance in the house of young Mr.Molla , which was made available to Erbil Masters , before moving to Bağdat. Erbil masters in the meeting expressed being ready to give maximun money given to them by the English. The Erbil masters warned Seyyid Taha not to admit propasals of enemy ( The English ). However , he wasn’t given a permission to consent spreading dissesion with in the society , on returning , movement of Seyyid Taha who obtained hatred of all society and tribes , Revanduz and Şemdinan tribe , ulama and religion men cursed from Erbil to Van , especially Erbil.

In Bağdat after English occcupation , in Kerkük , Musul and other cities of Iraq , there were lots of people who wanted to carry out and become establish in Turk Domination. Therefore , Turk association , becoming secret activity , was established in Bağdat. Domination just about to spread idea towards the quality of being work Mr.Nuri , forming from majority of Turk officer fom Kerkük in short time , in the meantime offices of original Kurd with pensioners or Arabic offices who putt ın end to their obligation and many civilions assembled around this domination. President of domination in Musul who expanded his activity secretly and become to scatter his opinions , was from Kerkük commander Abdulcabbar living in Musul. But , Mr.Davud of Ahmed Yaver’s son , edlucated Davud Hadji Selim and his brother educates said , Patriot names fom Kerkük Mr.Rauf Mehmed had presented in board of directors.
